On June 25th, 2019 Sturgeon County Council approved an update to the Sturgeon Industrial Park (SIP) Offsite Levy Bylaw. Levy rates across all 29 development areas within SIP are set to drop substantially. On average, offsite levy rates have decreased 33%, which make SIP offsite levies some of the most cost effective serviced medium industrial lands in the Edmonton region!
